This thread will take up multiple posts, as we're only allowed 3 attachments per post. I hope to be able to upgrade our storage space in the future, but probably not the near future - as it's a monthly cost. I've taken the liberty of getting screenshots for all of these to help clarify. Note that some image have things blacked out. Since this is my profile, I've blacked out some of my info. As Admin, the only tabs I see are: Avatar; Personal; Social; and Staff Options - you won't see Staff Options unless you're in a group that is classified as Staff. Mouse over an image to see a larger view if the image is larger than the preview. So, to get to your Profile, click Profile in the navbar: Then, on the right side, click Edit Profile: The first page that comes up is your Avatar page: Here, you can set your avatar. You can use your own or use the Avatar Editor for a basic one. If you use your own, you can either upload it (from your computer) or link it (from an online image host, such as Imgur). If linking an image, be sure you are using the Direct Link (the link should end with a valid image filename extension, such as: .jpg .png or .gifPlease keep your avatar appropriate. Inappropriate avatars will be removed. You may also select from some images I've uploaded by clicking the Pick One link for Use a Forum Avatar - Pick One option.

The third tab is labeled Social. In here, you can opt to set any of the social media and / or Instant Messenger programs you use. These are all optional and will get displayed on your profile page if you add any. Be sure you click the Save Social Settings button at the bottom if you make any changes.

Next is your Settings tab. This has various settings for the forum. Most of these should be self-explanatory, but feel free to create a new thread if you've got any questions. On the 2nd image, I did highlight the Display Group setting in a red box. If you belong to more than 1 group, you can set which one you want to be displayed on the Members page here. The dropdown will list every group you are in. Be sure to click Save Account Settings at the bottom if you make any changes.

On the Privacy tab, you can set some things to be displayed or not. Please take note that Staff will still be able to see some things. In those cases, the setting is marked as such. In the 2nd image, this is where you can enter the username of someone you want to block. You can just type the first 2 or 3 letters, and it should come up with choices to match - at which time you can just click on the micro-profile of the name of the person you want to block. Blocking prohibits ALL members from "following" you (including Staff). Blocking also prohibits members (EXCEPT Staff) from PM'ing you. Be sure to click the Save Privacy Settings if you make any changes.

Finally, the Notifications tab lets you set how you receive notification. If the checkbox is marked for Forum, you'll see a little bubble with a number in it above Profile (for Likes and such) or Messages (if a PM was sent to you). You may also opt to receive emails of those notifications. Please note that not all email options are available and you may see some listed, but greyed out. This is normal - as the ProBoards team has them in place but are still working on making them functional. Settings here auto-save as you make changes, so there is no Save button at the bottom.
