As some of you may know, I am a Moderator on the Enjin Support Forum. I still moderate there and there has been a recent change to Enjin - ALL websites on the Enjin platform are now on the Ultimate Plan ... for free. If you recall, the Ultimate Plan used to cost $39.99 per month. It is unknown what will happen after the free year expires. However, that does mean that Death Deliverance is also on the Ultimate Plan right now, at no cost. I am NOT suggesting we move back there, merely pointing out that it may need to become an option - depending on how bad ProBoards is when it launches V6. I have been watching the ProBoards Support forum, and it seems that the transparency they promised has disappeared. There has been nothing posted from any ProBoards employee, that I have seen, recently - in regards to V6. They have been in closed Beta now for awhile and not even an update on how that is going. Nothing. Those who know me know that I speak my mind. Given that ProBoards is seemingly no longer keeping their promise of transparency, I see that as them lying to us in regards to their promise of transparency. MSG - I know that you have a rapport with some of the ProBoards Staff. Feel free to quote any of this, in all or in part, if you want to. My mouth, as it is, may get me banned from there. Kitty

Kitty Katt, I have PM'd Scott on PB and linked him to this thread. I'll be honest, I'm not sure now if that was a wise thing to do. Shortly after sending the PM to Scott, I noticed that Patrick Clinger (CEO of PB) had logged on. I really hope that I didn't get you into trouble by sending that PM. Scott's real good at returning replies to my PM's, so I'll wait to see what he sends back in regards to your post. As far as Enjin is concerned, how long ago did they do that? Any idea why? I can't help but feel that their CMS is going to shut down after that year - which would make DD a moot point to go back to, even as an option. Ever since they went into cryptocurrency, their CMS has been breaking down with no fixes - at least that's what I gathered last time I took a look on their support forum. Granted, it's been a few months since I've taken a look there. Please keep us posted on any new info you may have. Thanks! P.S. I wouldn't put too much into discounting PB - they've had to work through a LOT of issues trying to get V6 out. The pandemic certainly didn't help. Also, Mr. Clinger has made sure that his employees are still getting benefits - which can't be easy with the current state of the country. I have to give him kudos for that. Not many employers, imho, would probably make sure that their employees are still taken care of in such a crisis.

Enjin gave everyone the Ultimate Plan around the beginning of June, I believe. There was no post by any Enjin Admin stating the reason behind that action, so I have no idea why they did that. I will see if I still have my Slack login credentials and see if I can contact any of them there, as they do not seem to visit the Support Forum anymore. I am not disrespecting ProBoards for what they have had to endure with the pandemic and such. However, it was stated CLEARLY that they would provide regular posts in regards to V6. Since they have not done so in a very long time, they are no longer being transparent. As such, they have not kept their promise, ergo, they have lied. Here is your proof: Where we’re goingTransparency, trust, and a thank youI would like to take this opportunity to first thank everyone who has reached out to us offering assistance in many different ways and means. Your support and trust mean everything to us and we understand that we have broken our commitment to transparency by staying silent on the developments behind the scenes. Starting immediately, we will be providing everyone with regular updates, beginning with regular posts with information about v6 leading up to and beyond the release of v6. We also cannot forget our wonderful staff members on this Support forum, who have been helping us keep this forum a friendly, clean and organized place for everyone to enjoy while we focus on the behind-the-scenes work, especially in this time of a world crisis. We appreciate all of you! ProBoards: v6 PhoenixSource: support.proboards.com/thread/663070/whereEdit: MSG - This post on ProBoards Support should take any heat off of you. I could not wait any longer for you on waiting for a reply from Scott. So, if you see my account deleted, I would suspect that I received a global ban from ProBoards.
