I have posted this on Discord on New Dawn's server (roleplayers-stay-here text channel) as well. For those who are not registered on that forum, you can ignore this. For those who are registered on that forum, here is what I posted on Discord:

If there is still no activity, I will consider it a lost cause and delete the forum. Thanks for the heads-up and advanced notice, Kitty Katt. I'm guilty of no activity there. I'm also no longer a GM on New Dawn, but just a regular player now. Not an excuse for not being on that forum, but I had noticed the lack of activity as well.
