I've now added a new Streams board. That board is open to the public. There is a thread for each Streamer. However, the threads cannot be replied to and are locked. If you see a Play button on the video, click that to start. If the Streamer is online, it'll show you their live stream. If the Streamer is offline, you'll see a message stating that.
To navigate to the Streams board manually, go to the Community category and it'll be the 3rd board down.
