Feralinians have observed other races for quite some time. They then found Earth. After some time of observing these humans, they came to the conclusion that this world was in a chaotic state - which goes against their belief of natural order. Knowing that each species has a right to run their own planet however they want to, they felt that perhaps they should send one of their own to see if they could assist in restoring order to this planet, if they wanted the help. The Feralinian Queen decided to send one of their "rarities" to the planet. A "rarity" was a Feralinian that had more abilities, and/or unusual abilities, than a typical Feralinian had. This particular Feralinian could make herself grow taller and make her body more dense. Seeing the types of weapons in use on this planet, the Queen decided that Felina would be the best choice for their first contact, especially if these humans decided to be straight out aggressive against extra-terrestrials. So decided by the Queen, Felina was shuttled down with her guard, Zorch, to a place the humans called California, in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, Felina and Zorch exited the shuttle (which departed as soon as they were off the shuttle) and stood there for some time looking around. Shaking her head slightly in disbelief of the conditions of this planet, she turns and heads for the closest city. Recalling the datamaps from memory, she knows that the city she is heading for is named Crescent City. Wrinkling her nose from smelling the tainted air (her home world of Feralinia has no pollution of any kind (air, ground, etc.)), she starts her trek to Crescent City, having no idea of what she may find there.
