Suggested mods for HZD?

- Better Stacks

- Simple Perks

- Increase Elemental Effect Durations

The first one is like the stacksize mod on Conan - stack sizes are larger so items do not take as many slots as usual. This is especially helpful with the Resources limit (as well as the others).

The second one makes it so new skills only cost one point. Normal costs are:
- first row: one point each
- second row: two points each
- third thru fifth rows: three points each

Since you typically earn one point for skills when you level up, although there are a few other ways to get a skill point, it takes a long time to get all of the skills. I am currently Level 35-ish and have all of my skills learned.

The third mod increases elemental effects to five times (5x) normal duration. This means that fire, freeze, electrical, etc. last five times longer. Some of the normal durations are very short, so this mod helps.


There are a few others that I use, but they are more for personal preferences.
