I am the last of my kind, my planet, Omonara, was destroyed due to the overuse of its natural resorces. I knew that this was going to happen, so I built myself an escape pod out of spare parts that I canabolized from old ships. When I esacped the the planet, it was exploding and the shock wave nocked me way off course. I was origionally heading to our sister planet Celaris. After what seemed like an eyon or two, I wound up drifting towards a sprial galaxy and was being pulled to one of the outer arms. I realized I was caught in the gravational pull of a yellow sun with nine planets. I came very close to hitting one with many rings as well as quiet a few asteroids. That's when I saw it. A beautifully blue planet, I was captivated by it's beauty when I discovered that I was on a crash course, and it was too late to do anything as I was running out of fule. The crash was very violent and my pod shatered into a million peices that were tiny, so tiny that I was able to spread them every where save one. It was the first that I collected. I was able to break off a small chunck and am now wearing it as a token from my home world. The last peice.
I am now stranded on this planet. I have tried to communicate with some of the species here to no avail, the only thing I recieved in reply was was grunts and growles. I have noticed that so far everything that I have seen that is indigionus is quadripedial and has a type of thick hair covering it from head to foot. So much for the reports from my now deceased colleagues. What a pitty, I could have corrected them and they would have been greatful for it. I digress, the food they consume seems to be other species, some walk, others fly, and still other swim. The ones that swim can not survive out of the water and the ones that walk and fly can not survive in the water. How interesting. There are some however, that can survive in both. Why have not they not all adapted this. I must do more reacearch.
These past few days I have been looking for somplace that I can find rest. In my search, I found a large hole in the side of an even larger land structure, it was dark and moist inside. I started to investigate it and I came across some scelital remains, old remains that are as hard as stone in a large amount. One of the leg bones was as long as I am tall. I decided to use them to craft a crude shelter. In my exploration, I found the sorce of the moisture and used one of the bones to collect some of it. I am unsure of what to do about warmth or food when my reserves run out, hopefully I will not starve to death. I do not want to have to resort to killing the creatures to survive, it is unheard of and concidered a tabo amongust my kind.
I will always hold a ray of Hope that others had seen what we were doing to our home and made it out like i did. I will always shine for them so they can find me, that is if they are searching. I pray they are. Must rest now, a new day approches and with it new discoveries.
