MHO - official closing

While talking with MSG I found out that Marvel Heros Omega will be closing down, ugh; that sucks. 
I found this on their twitter feed.

I also found out that if you for the next month before closing that all items only cost 50G. 

And that everyday you login you will get 1000 G added to your account to spend.

So if you ever wanted to try out a hero or a team up. you can do so. I just found this out today Nov 20th and I was on a couple times and didnt notice until now that yes indeed you do get the 1000 G everyday and i did spend what i had and it increased.

Just a quick update to this post.

MHO is officially shut down as of NOW!!

They were going to grand father this up til Dec 31st but Marvel dropped all ties with Gazillion and Gazillion has closed its doors.

I found this info on the IGN website. Looks like they gave walking papers during the thanksgiving weekend. It's said that they could not keep their word about keeping this going until end of year; but money is king and the king had spoken no monies no open. (the last part is my 2 cents)

There was no warning on the MHO website nor in game. As I had played this Sunday evening. Though i had found it strange that the person who was closing up threads on the forums that were derogatory in their comments where no longer doing so during the weekend that should have been a warning flag.

It was nice to be able to buy some cool things for free and i got a few toons lvl up to Green prestige for kicks.

LOL I just realized I never used any of the "omega points" or whatever they were called on my heros; guess the could have been even more awesome.

Sad to see another game go buh bye.

This really sucks!

I was hoping to play this weekend - looks like that's not going to happen now.

Why do they keep shutting down all the GOOD games on us and keep the shitty ones alive?
