Remember the good times of being able to creator the look of your very own hero/villian? If you would like to run the CoH character creator but do not have the files or client still on your drive never fear this site Titan networks came up with an easy to install all in one 
Tequila Program from Titan Network (Missing Worlds Media)
I did have some issues at first when i downloaded it (but thougth i might it showed errors) but i just ran the program again and it set all the files right.
Not sure how long it took i was playing Marvel at the time. But i do not thing more then an hour.
But any who i know once again have this working and can use the character creator and it has all the items that i can remember and a few i didn't realize where available. Fyi i did get a warning saying my drivers were out of date and the game may not work but that has nothing to do with just the creater.
so with this and Gadwin Print Screen (another great freebie - tip of the hat to MSG for letting me know of this) I am able to capture an image of the hero / villian.
P.S. Just a note there are 2 possible downloads the basic or the NPC version, the NPC version will give you the costume items from NPC from CoH; NOTE I have heard it can be very glitchy. Items note showing right but as long as you save along the way and restart the program it usually sets it right after. I mayself choose the Basic not the NPC version. Oh yeah and you will not see certian animation in the power display with NPC version. Basic version works fine!

Also from the same group they are creating a chat server where you can chat and if i understand it correctly have your Avatar there kinda like a the "dance club" forgot the name of it.
And this is a link to the Interview on "Paragon Chat"
You need to be apart of the Titan Network click here either log in or register once you do it will take you to your account info page and you scroll down past all the box you can adjust and look for the Paragon chat symbol there it will tell you if your account is linked to the PC XMPP server or whether you need to get this set up.
